Makes 2 pots, 80 servings.

INGREDIENTS:

  40 servings 80 servings 120 servings
  10 lbs Beef, cubed 20 lbs 30 lbs
  5 lbs potatoes, cubed 10 lbs 15 lbs
  5 carrots, sliced 10 carrots 15 lbs
  3 onions, sliced 6 onions 9 lbs
  1 lbs mushrooms, sliced 2 lbs mushrooms 3 lbs
  3 stalks celery, sliced 6 stalks 9 stalks
  5 beef bouillion cubes 10 cubes 15 cubes
  1/2 3 liter bottle red wine 3 liters 4.5 liters
  2 cloves garlic (optional) 4 cloves 6 cloves

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Brown Beef & Onions
  2. Add everything else
  3. Cook long enough to burn off the alcohol in the wine!
