Meat on a Stick

Approximately 3 sticks per person?

INGREDIENTS:

  10 servings 20 servings 50 servings
  30 Wooden skewers 60 skewers 150 skewers
  3 lbs Chicken, thinly sliced 6 lbs Chicken 15 lbs Chicken
  3 lbs Beef, thinly sliced 6 lbs Beef 15 lbs Beef
  2 c teriyaki marinade 4 c marinade 10 c marinade

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Soak wooden skewers in water overnight so they don't burn in oven
  2. Cut meat & marinate overnight in trays
  3. Thread meat on sticks (this is labor-intensive!)
  4. Layer in tray
  5. Cook until done...
