Makes 40 servings per pot.

INGREDIENTS:

  40 servings 80 servings 120 servings
  40 oz uncooked noodles 80 oz 120 oz
  4 pint containers sour cream 8 pints 12 pints
  1 cup grated parmesan 2 cups 3 cups
  4 Tbsp chives 8 Tbsp 12 Tbsp
  1 tsp salt 2 tsp 3 tsp
  1/2 tsp pepper 1 tsp 1 1/2 tsp
  4 cloves crushed garlic 8 cloves 12 cloves
  1 stick butter/margarine 2 sticks 3 sticks
  1/2 cup grated parmesan 1 cup 1 1/2 cups

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Cook noodles as directed on package & drain
  2. Mix sour cream, 1 cup parmesan cheese, chives, salt, pepper and garlic
  3. Stir margarine into hot noodles
  4. Stir in sour cream
  5. Place in serving bowl and sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
