Rhiassan Stuffed Bread

Makes 8 loaves (4 loaves serves 2 tables)

INGREDIENTS:

  8 loaves 16 loaves 32 loaves
  4 pkgs dry yeast 8 pkgs yeast 16 pkgs yeast
  4 c warm water 8 c 16 c
  4 Tbsp sugar 8 Tbsp 16 Tbsp
  4 tsp salt 8 tsp 16 tsp
  8 c flour 16 c 32 c
  1 egg, mixed up with water 1 egg 2 eggs
       
  Pepperoni & Spinach    
  32 slices pepperoni, minced 64 slices 128 slices
  1 pkg frozen spinach 2 pkg 4 pkgs
  1 sm can tomato paste 2 sm cans 4 sm cans
  1 Tbsp oregano or italian spices 2 Tbsp 4 Tbsp
       
  Ham & Cheese    
  32 slices ham 64 slices 128 slices
  32 slices Swiss Cheese 64 slices 128 slices
       
  Turkey & Cheese    
  32 slices turkey 64 turkey 128 turkey
  32 slices cheese 64 slices 128 slices
  1/4 c minced dried cranberries 1/2 cup 1 cup
       
  Broccoli & Cheese    
  1 pkg frozen broccoli 2 pkg 4 pkgs
  32 slices cheese 64 slices 128 slices
       
  Sausage & Cheese    
  1/2 lb cooked Italian sausage 1 lb 2 lbs
  1/4 lb mozzarella 1/2 lb 1 lb
  1 sm can tomato paste 2 sm cans 4 sm cans
  1 Tbsp oregano or italian spices 2 Tbsp 4 Tbsp
       
  Chocolate    
  1 pkg Chocolate Chips 2 pkgs 4 pkgs

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Mix yeast in warm water and let it proof
  2. Mix in sugar, salt, flour and knead into dough
  3. Cover and let rise for 2 hours
  4. Prepare fillings for stuffed bread, if preparation is needed
  5. Separate dough into 8 even portions
  6. Roll into rectangles, place filling on dough and roll up into loaf
  7. Slash top, brush with water and let rise for 1 hour
  8. Brush with egg and water mixture, and bake for 30 minutes
  9. Let cool
  10. Wrap with foil, then with plastic wrap if you will be freezing them

Making 8 Loaves should take over 5 hours.
