Sybil

Although now a resident of Rhiassa, I spent most of my life in a small town in
Teng Hua. At the age of 19 I left Teng Hua for the first time in my memory and accompanied Emperor Lysis' delegation to the lands of Chimeron for the Coronation of King Pyr.

After returning to Teng Hua, I became aware of how little I knew of the rest of the lands of the Realms and yearned to return to Chimeron, as well as visit other places that I'd only heard or read about. For the first time in my life I gathered the courage to set out on my own.

I spent years traveling around the Realms before I again returned to Teng Hua to visit Dreana, my younger sister. I now periodically return to visit her and her family. I suppose you can say that having tasted freedom, I now feel comfortable visiting the place I once called home.

During my travels I studied magic and am now a healer. I seek to gain experience and training as a bard and possibly begin to improve my fighting skills as well (It turns out that the "frenzied chipmunk" method of florentine daggers only works when your opponent is laughing too hard to defend his/herself).

Since healing does not put food on the figurative table, I make my living serving when the opportunity presents itself. I have, however, been avoiding serving in "houses of ill-repute" by request of the Lord of Eagle's Rook, whose nation's favor I wear on my belt.

After many years as an independant and a wanderer, I decided to petition a nation. I was accepted as a member of Rhiassa as of the eleventh Green and Gold Tournaments. It is an honor to stand alongside my new countrymen and women.

What does the path ahead hold for me? I suppose I'll have to travel it and find out.
